The highly technical greenhouses are the company's crown jewel, and the greenhouses’ and the planting area's large size guarantees a quick response to every market demand, even in case of great amounts.

 

The basil is sown in small pots full of bio topsoil, when the plants grows, each one is packed individually and stacked in boxes of 6 or 12 plants. The logistics management allows the plants to remain undamaged until they arrive to the large-scale retail points of sale. A fragrant bio basil that brings out the taste of veal, fish, lamb or the national dish: tomato and basil pasta or italian basil pesto.

 

For the large-scale retail buyers Simonato farm has conceived a set of packaging, like the classic pots in recyclable plastic, the self-standing totems and the cardboard boxes and the latest Simonato product: Bio Kepos 3.
