Simonato supports Breast Cancer Prevention

The Municipality of Due Carrare, represented by Mayor Davide Moro and Councillor Cinza Menegazzo, got in touch to seek our support for a fundraiser for the "Prevenzione è vita" (Prevention is Life) association, aimed at promoting the health and wellbeing of local citizens. All funds will go to setting up mobile centres fitted with the equipment required to perform free mammograms and ultrasounds for all women aged between 35 and 49.

We chose to take part in this initiative because of its links to our history, our culture, our team and our local area.

The history and culture of our business are defined by a firm conviction that the health and wellbeing of each individual can start with the food we eat. As such, we made the decision over 20 years ago to convert fully to organic production processes, characterised by a lack of chemicals and pesticides that are harmful to the environment and our bodies.

Another key element for our company is the bond among our team, which is largely made up of motivated, reliable women who are absolutely determined to make their mark on the working world. And finally, we are committed to our local area 
because Italy, the Veneto and Due Carrare is our beautiful home. 

This is the first time that Simonato has taken part in an initiative of this kind, and we are proud to have contributed to supporting this important breast cancer prevention campaign.
